Michael is a human resources industry expert with over 20 years of experience in developing and implementing HR strategies in the Asia-Pacific and Europe. He is knowledgeable in HR-related regulations in Australia and major Asian countries and excels in managing employee relationships effectively across diverse cultural backgrounds. Mr. Shu is skilled in designing and implementing leadership development and organizational development programs using various tools to ensure mutual benefits for individuals and organizations in the short-term. He holds certification in multiple management and assessment tools, including Hogan and MBTI, and has extensive talent assessment experience that can be applied to both recruitment and leadership development. With over 500 hours of coaching experience for middle and senior-level managers, Mr. Shu also holds a DDI training certification and has over 700 hours of teaching experience in various companies. He is an entrepreneurial elite with successful experiences in consulting and e-commerce industries and holds a Global EMBA degree from the Central European International Business School.
